Excellent product. My senior cat was having constipation problems with the vet having to give him enemas occasionally. After trying a few things this product works WONDERFULLY which is making my cat much more comfortable!!!!!

My “old man” was having some very dry stools. Even though this product is VERY expensive, it is working for my cat. I do wish the dropper was printed with white markings as the liquid is so dark it is very hard to read the dosage because they are in black. But, this works for my fuzzy guy and I will continue using it— thank you!

My 15.5 year old, longhair cat, had a ‘normal’ cycle of every/other day for bm for the last couple years.
Then, about a month ago, he started to bm, 2 full days apart. Trying to give him an ‘oral’ med was TOO stressful for him. (And me) Also it required a large amount - 3ml - to be orally syringed slowly.
I was sad about making this his be his remaining daily routine :(
So, I tried the Smooth BM product.
He only has ever eaten dry kibble…and is a finicky taster/eater….
He actually licks the very small dosage, .3 amount, right out of his bowl with his digestive care dry kibble in am & pm!!
He is back to his normal! Producing a nice sized bm & seems to have a better appetite again. More active too.

I have been giving my kitty Smooth BM Gold for years. It is my go-to, tried, and true remedy for her chronic - hard stools. I place onto of her wet food once per day. This five-star remedy helps me keep my sweet girl happy and healthy.

Our 13 yr old cat was diagnosed with small cell intestinal lymphoma in 2016. He was given a few months to live but I put him on Life Gold after a few rounds of chemo he did not want. So in 2021 he is still champion in the home over our 2 dogs. I’ve noticed he gets occasional painful bowel movements so when I put him on this last year, it made him regular, softer bowel movements definitely. We ran out and went a few months without the Smooth Gold and recently bought it again. It’s been a few weeks and he’s very normal again. His appetite is fantastic. Definitely Life Gold and Smooth Gold has been his cancer regimen and kept him very comfortable and active.

this seems effective, but cannot understand why it is so expensive?

It help their digestion and I give them on and off. It is a good product.

This did NOT work one bit for our kitty. Not one bit.

I'm so thrilled. Our cat had a pelvic fracture and we rushed her to vets at midnight. Long story short she stayed at the vets for several days and pumped full of drugs. X-rays etc. Transferred to a specialist orthopaedic practice for one night after surgery. The surgeon was concerned that our girl had not pooed for a week. We were so worried as it took her days to wee. Anyway she had several enemas and laxatives and apparently did the biggest poo seen . The poor girl was all backed up due to drugs, anxiety, fear, stress, pain from her fracture preventing her getting in the poo position. We got her home on Friday and she has just pooed ( Monday night). The vet gave me more laxatives but I dont like drugs for my cats at all. I remembered I had Smooth BM which she sometimes needs as she grooms a lot and in winter does not exercise so much. I persevered with Smooth BM 4 drops morning and evening and was thrilled and relieved to see a nice lot of poo tonight. I'm so glad she's truly on the mend and not full of drugs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart from her Mummy who has had so much stress over the past week. I also want to mention Otis in customer service who sent me a very helpful email which convinced me to use Smooth B M for our situation.

My cat is very irregular with her bowel movements, sometimes, very rarely, but sometimes she will go every day, usually it is 3 to 4 days before she has a BM. The first week I used it she had a BM every other day but after that it was sporadic again. I tried smooth BM gold a second time but because it is so expensive I won’t buy it again unless it really gives better results this time.

Works like a miracle!!! My Luna kitty was pooping every other day. It worked in the first 24 hours and now she poops everyday. Highly recommend

Love this product. My cat was struggling with constipation and this product helps him go much easier. .
It's mild but started working after the first dose.

You saved my buddy of 13 years. Laddy. He could not poo. Even after a vet visit of three days. I brought him, home. And remembered, I had some Smooth in my fridge. From 2022, 6 drops and next morning, he pooed. And dropped, down to 4 dropped, twice a day.

Prior to giving this product to my cats, my one cat would quite often do the same thing “butt scoot” after pooping in the litter box. He would also sometimes have poop stuck to his butt, and would scoot to remove it. Since giving him this product, the scooting has stopped! I’m so glad this product works so well! Au début ma chatte allait mieux. Moins constipé et allait tous les jours faire son besoin dans la litiere. Après deux mois, j'ai l'impression qu'elle recommence a ne plus aller a la selle. Quand elle en fait c'est comme des crottes de lapin . deux trois petites boules très dures et saute des journées. Que faire ?
