All UK orders receive standard shipping, and ship from within UK! No customs, no additional taxes.

We know how important it is to receive products for your pet as quickly as possible, and we prioritize speed and reliability with every order.

  • Delivery times are based on your location relative to the shipping origin.
  • While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, delivery times cannot be guaranteed for remote areas or to move or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 

Order Processing & Fulfillment: 

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon’s dedicated logistics network.
  • Your order will be dispatched from the nearest available inventory location. Not all items are stocked in every location, so some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Orders are processed very efficiently for rapid delivery. Because of this, we may not be able to make changes once an order has been submitted.
If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

 

Delivery Concerns:
