When our 2 1/2 year-old dog pooped out a little lake of red blood and blood clots, we learned that he was an anxious little pup. Until then we always thought his quiet whining was his primary mode of communication. It was present in his behavior starting the day we met him at eight weeks old.
We used a number of calming products we bought online and in Pet stores. None of them worked other than to make him a little sleepy for a couple of hours. They did nothing to help him control his emotions or anxious behavior through the remaining hours of the day.
In order to balance his high cortisol levels which is present in any mammal experiencing stress or anxiety, we begin using an average dose of melatonin in his morning and evening meals, then moving to using them only in the evening. We also begin using calming care drops which after about 10 days started making a very obvious difference for him. Still he required a little extra help for his Panic attacks whenever we left him alone. For this we tried stress gold. I am familiar with the herbs and they should certainly have worked for him. The problem was that he thinks they're disgusting and will not take anything that touches stress gold. It does indeed smell awful and I even tasted a drop. I thought I was going to gag! Because I knew they would work I actually put the required number of drops in capsules and gave it to him coated with cream cheese which he loves. For my boy it required a double dose to have The desired effect. But after the capsules melted in his stomach he couldn't hold the herbs down and vomited them. He acted like he was tasting some thing that was killing him. I really wish I could find a way to get him to take these drops but I don't believe in forcing something down an animals throat. Every body is different and I would still highly recommend these drops Be considered for any anxious dog who has separation anxiety or panics for any particular reason. I did decide to return the product and the company was very good about honoring the guarantee. Thank you so much for letting us try these wonderful products.

I highly recommend this calming care drops for your dog. Marley is a 14year old Miniature Schnauzer with anxiety and separation anxiety on top. Recently, we had to travel, and I decided to give this product a try to make the journey easier for him. My baby wasn’t a fan of this he’s not a fan of anything that reminds him of medicine lol . I mixed it in peanut butter and in his dry kibble and it worked amazing. Especially now he’s going through his phase where he’s in heat and he doesn’t stay still he’s back and forth and stays in the window this helped keep him calm he’s not pacing around thank you you for making this it’s a game changer

My girl Storm is a 5 month old mountain cur mix who gets anxious in stressful situations. We gave her this directly by mouth during a thunderstorm and within 30 minutes she seemed much calmer than before. I liked this product and we will be using this again! This is Shiro, he’s a 2 year old bichon frisée who has separation anxiety. With a single goodbye he’ll come running after you towards the door and most likely would cry.

We used Calming Care with Shiro by putting a few drops in his food, which he got super curious about! So he took a good whiff of Calming Care and instantly started licking it, assuming he loved the flavour of it since he didn’t want to stop. He was given it thirty minutes before we left to head out somewhere leaving him alone; at first he was very energetic and active as if trying to get all the energy out of him just before we left. When we went to say bye, he seemed to follow but only stare and didn’t even cry! Next thing we know about fifteen minutes we left our Shiro was sleeping peacefully in the living room without a care.

This is a great product for my pup, Louis, who struggles with separation anxiety since the day he was rescued 4 years ago. Suffice to say I have tried almost all products available on the market. He is a 6 year old chihuahua terrier mix

We are in our second week of trying the product and I do think it's making a difference in how he handles my leaving the home. He usually immediately starts barking, but lately he has become more delayed with his barks. I give this to him on top of his food and he does not seem to mind at all! Overall, I am excited to continue to use this over time so that we can properly gauge if it's making a difference or not long term. I rate this product 5 stars!

I gave my pup Milo, a healthy, one year old French Bulldog Pet Wellbeing’s Calming Care supplement.
I provided Milo a dose of the supplement in his food. I wanted to give this product a try as he has anxiety with being in his crate. He hesitated at first noticing the smell of his food was different. The product has an herbal smell. He eventually did consume his food with the supplement in it after much enticing.
I then put him in his crate for two hours to gauge his behavior. I noticed within ten minutes he was less “vocal” and began to play with some of the toys in his crate with him.
I look forward to using the product more and for durations when we are away.

My dog's name is Kai, and he is 11 years old. He gets anxious and scared whenever there is a storm or he hears loud noises. He has only been taking it for a week so far, so I can't tell any improvements yet. But the first day I put the drops on his joint supplement treat and he ate it right up. He also just took the drops right in his mouth, so, no problems in getting him to take it. He enjoys the flavor very well. I am eager to see if there are any improvements in this next week of him taking it.

My GSD Milo is 3 years old and does not like lawnmower/loud noises. I tried it for a couple days while there are people planting trees outside our yard too. he sleeps it off and just watches from the window and doesnt bark as much (he doesnt like it when people come too near our yard). he doesnt like it mixed with food so I gave it to him directly.

overall,product seemed to work. will definitely continue using it.

I use these calming drops on my dog, Tank! He's a 3 year old Pit Bull that I adopted from a high stress shelter. He had developed separation anxiety and had issues feeling completely secure in his environment, for example, he would cry when there was construction outside, and bark if mail came to the door. He gets 3 mLs of the Calming Care drops (the drops smell like cinnamon apples) added to his dog food and he feels calm after about 10 minutes! No barking, crying or howling! I have a xxl white German shepherd who has anxiety and wants to play all day long, when I say all day I mean all day! A walk around the park is not enough or playing obstacles in the backward. He gets out full attention but he never ever gets tired or wants to nap during the day time. I’m glad I found stress gold! He keeps being active but his anxiety has diminished and is able to take naps during the day and not manages better when mail man comes to our door. I have 3 dogs at home, so I was eager to try this. I am currently working on remodeling my house. George, (5 yrs, 75lbs) is pretty anxious on a daily basis, Strawberry, (6 years, 35lb) gets stressed out in new situations & Jason (4 years, 45lb) gets stressed around new people, especially men.
I gave this product to them with their food 2x daily. They didn't mind the taste, they seemed to enjoy it! It did not work on George very well, but he is very strong-willed, so that doesn't surprise me. It worked with Strawberry, she was cool as a cucumber throughout the mornings & after having it again with dinner. It worked with Jason, but seemingly for a shorter period of time (he's always out running, playing, chasing squirrels. So maybe he just needed it a few more times throughout the day).

I wasn't a fan of the smell & think that it would be better if it was in a chew form. Also, having 3 dogs makes you go through the product quicker, so keep that in mind if you're using on multiples!

My dog bailey is a 13 year old silky terrier and she is really sensitive when we travel or have any routine changes so I was hoping this product would help with those concerns and I am so happy that it really helps her. I take the dropper and add the correct amount for her and just drop it in her food and mix it and she absolutely loves it and is happy with the taste of it.
